Who Am I?

As a young teenager, I used to help my dad for pocket money — he was a painter, his own boss, and I would join him on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Those days weren’t the most fun, but my favorite moments were when he took me to big bistros in Versailles or Paris. Traditional bistro food, so simple yet surprising.

A few years later, I went to a prestigious hospitality school near Paris — and now, 30 years later, I still love what I do every single day.

Juste exceptionnel, nous avons fait confiance à Gilles pour notre mariage et nous ne pouvions être plus ravis de notre choix. Extrêmement professionnel, une équipe au top. Nos invités étaient aux anges à déguster la cuisine de Wizard wedding, c’est simple, nous n’avons eu que des retours positifs. C’est dommage que nous nous marions qu’une fois… Nous serions bien heureux de travailler avec Gilles et son équipe une fois de plus.
